Week 8-10
I had such a difficult time during these weeks. I stayed home from work everyday and didn't clean the house or even move from the sofa. I could hardly eat my stomach hurt 24/7. I cried almost everyday out of frustration.
Things that I found that really helped me: Preggo Pops and candy from Babies'r'us. Fruit because it was something but wasn't heavy enough to cause my stomach to hurt more. I drank ginger ale but for whatever reason stopped after a couple of days because I felt like it was making me sick. I completely stopped drinking coffee....which was SOOOOO hard for me to do because if you know me at all I LOVE coffee! I completely stayed away from anything sweet except for the things listed above. I would nap at least once a day. At this point in my pregnancy I was like....I am never doing this again!
